Hi, I’m Rick Devereux, a Realtor® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Michigan Real Estate and Michigan Lifestyle Homes Group.
I live and work in Traverse City, and I truly love helping people make Northern Michigan home. Whether you are looking for a waterfront property, a place near downtown, an investment, or simply the right home for your next chapter, I am ready to help you make it happen.
I bring a lot of energy to real estate. I answer my phone, communicate clearly, pay attention to the details, and work hard from the first conversation through closing. I will always be honest with you about what I see and what I think makes sense. My goal is never to pressure you. It is to give you the information, support, and confidence you need to make the best decision for yourself.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Nicolette, our daughter, Scarlett, and our house full of pets. I love being part of the Traverse City community, supporting local businesses, and sharing everything that makes Northern Michigan such an incredible place to live.
